Where Gamdom is allowed, and where it isn't
Gamdom's terms name 37 countries and territories it won't serve; everywhere else, your own country's law still decides whether you should be there.
Gamdom's terms bar 37 countries and territories, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Australia. Using a VPN to get around the block breaks the terms and can cost you your account and winnings. If your country isn't listed, local law still applies, and some unlisted countries ban online casinos.
Gamdom doesn't publish a list of "allowed" countries. It publishes the opposite: a list of places it won't serve, in section 3.4 of its terms. If you live in one of them, or are just physically there for a while, you can't register or play. The list below is copied from that section as of October 2026, and it differs from what a lot of review sites still show.
Gamdom's restricted countries
Section 3.4 says Gamdom doesn't offer services to anyone located in or resident in these 37 jurisdictions:
The grouping is ours; Gamdom lists them alphabetically. Every place on the list is excluded for residents and for anyone temporarily there, which matters for travel: being on holiday in Spain counts the same as living there.
Where other lists get it wrong
Many "Gamdom supported countries" pages still include Brazil and leave out Slovenia. Gamdom's current terms do the reverse: Slovenia is restricted and Brazil isn't named. If you're checking for yourself, go to the source. The list sits in section 3.4 ("Jurisdiction") of Gamdom's Terms and Conditions (gamdom.com/help/terms), and Gamdom can change it at any time.
Not on the list doesn't mean legal
Section 3.4 opens by saying you can't use Gamdom anywhere online gambling is restricted or prohibited, and then says it is solely your responsibility to make sure your use complies with local law. In other words, the named list is the minimum Gamdom enforces, not a legal green light for everywhere else. Tax is a separate question from access; our crypto casino taxes guide covers how winnings and crypto are taxed in several countries.
Two examples of why that matters. In Turkey, online casino gambling is illegal; only state-licensed sports betting and lottery products are allowed. In Brazil, a provisional measure signed September 25, 2026 banned online betting outright, and the operators the Ministry of Finance had licensed since January 2025 were blocked from October 6 (see our news page). Neither country is on Gamdom's list, and both have laws that apply to you regardless. Check your own country's rules before you sign up anywhere, not just on Gamdom.
VPNs: what the terms actually say
The practical risk shows up at withdrawal time. Gamdom's terms say identity checks can be triggered at any point, especially at higher withdrawal amounts, and they can ask for ID and proof of address. A proof of address from a restricted country is the end of that account. That's also why "Gamdom won't let me withdraw" stories so often start with a VPN. For how verification and payout timing normally work, see our Gamdom withdrawal times guide and our explainer on what "no KYC" really means.
If you're in an allowed country
Gamdom takes players 18 and over, or older where local law sets a higher age. Before you sign up, it's worth reading who runs Gamdom and how it's licensed (an Anjouan license, held by Moon Revolution Limitada), and how the 6-hour referral code rule works, since the code can only be added once.

Frequently asked questions
Which countries can't use Gamdom?
Gamdom's terms (section 3.4, last updated October 1, 2025) list 37: Aruba, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Curacao, Denmark, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Iran, Jersey, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, North Korea, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Is Gamdom available in the US or UK?
No. Both are on Gamdom's restricted list. The terms cover residents and anyone temporarily located there, so a UK resident travelling abroad and a visitor to the US are both caught.
Is Brazil on Gamdom's restricted list?
Not in the current terms. Several review sites still list Brazil as blocked, but section 3.4 as of October 2026 doesn't name it. Brazil's own law is a separate question: a provisional measure signed September 25, 2026 banned online betting in Brazil, and even locally licensed sites were blocked from October 6, so no casino is a legal option there right now.
Can I use a VPN to play on Gamdom?
Using a VPN, proxy or false details to reach Gamdom from a restricted country breaks its terms. Gamdom says the account may be restricted or closed, bonuses removed, winnings linked to the activity reviewed and withdrawals delayed, and it can keep funds after serious breaches.
If my country isn't on the list, is Gamdom legal for me?
Not automatically. The terms say it is solely your responsibility to make sure your use complies with the law where you live or are located. Some countries that aren't on the list restrict or ban online casinos under national law.
